Tim Braheem is a highly successful mortgage professional turned coach and educator with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Tim co-founded the Loan Atlas in 2023 to provide a dynamic learning platform and community for mortgage professionals to come together, share ideas, and gain knowledge from the greatest teaching faculty ever assembled in the mortgage industry.

Tim has had a very long and storied career that has helped shape who he is, all while leading up to the industry-altering creation and launch of the Loan Atlas.

From the founding of Performance Experts Coaching and the launch of the wildly popular “The 360 Experience” podcast to the many years he spent working in the mortgage industry, every moment of Tim’s career has contributed to the creation of the Loan Atlas.

In 1995, at the age of 28, Tim founded First Rate Financial, one of the top mortgage companies in the United States. Much of his early success was a direct result of his commitment to creating systems of world-class customer service, evolving his sales and presentation skills, and focusing on database management.

Because of Tim’s widely recognized reputation and success in the mortgage industry, his career as an educator and public speaker began in 1999 when several major financial institutions, including Bank of America, Suntrust, and Wells Fargo, hired him to train their staff on sales, marketing, systems of customer service, database management, and time management. Tim’s experience as an educator and public speaker would go on to inspire his next successful business venture, Loantoolbox.com.

In 2001, Tim and his founding partner Richard Katz founded Loantoolbox.com, an online educational website for the mortgage industry. As founder, CEO, and Head of Faculty, Braheem quickly became one of the top educators in the mortgage industry, and by 2006, Loantoolbox.com had over 10,800 paying members who looked to Tim as their coach. Loantoolbox quickly became the standard for education within the mortgage space, and in 2006, Loantoolbox was recognized by Inc. 500 Magazine as one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the United States.

After retiring at the age of 40, Tim obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. His love for education would inspire the development of a coaching model and curriculum that would become the basis of a new venture, Performance Experts Coaching. This unique coaching system was created to help business professionals address their underperforming areas by removing limiting beliefs to enhance performance and achieve a more vibrant quality of life. Performance Experts Coaching evolved from humble beginnings to be one of the most influential personal and professional life coaching organizations in the United States.

While developing Performance Experts Coaching and the exclusive Leadership360 Coaching Program, Tim also created and became the host of The 360 Experience, a podcast dedicated to bringing education in the areas of business and personal development. With The 360 Experience, Tim leverages his vast network of well-known teachers in the mortgage space and personal development field while using his ability to extract and summarize valuable teaching points to make for unique and in-depth experiences for the listener.
