One of America’s first mortgage loan officers on YouTube (October 2008), Dan has been committed to  creating content that helps people make smart choices when it comes to their mortgage and financial future!

Dan is both a mortgage and financial literacy leader in the mortgage industry.  Dan is the VP of Sales and producing Branch Manager at New American Funding in Seattle, WA where he teaches homebuyers, realtors, and loan officers how to be a financial literacy leader in their communities!  He has a free resource page at budgetwithdan.com that he shares with clients and students that he teaches at the University of Washington as an affiliate professor.

When Dan is not originating mortgages, you can find him on the Puget Sound salmon fishing with his son and friends, or coaching over 70 loan officers in his region.  Dan also offers FREE sales training in his RISE-MLO private group on Facebook.
